Overview
When I joined FantasyPros, we faced a critical challenge: the inability to track user behavior or run effective A/B tests using our existing analytics tools. To address this, I led the implementation of MixPanel, a robust product analytics platform. This initiative required extensive research, executive buy-in, and cross-functional collaboration with data, engineering, and product teams. As a result, we unlocked powerful insights into user behavior, enabling us to optimize funnels, improve user experience, and run impactful A/B tests that significantly increased registrations, league syncs, and purchases.
Problem Statement
- Lack of Behavioral Tracking: Our data stack could not track user behavior across the funnel, making it impossible to understand key drop-off points or assess the impact of product changes.
- Ineffective A/B Testing: We couldn’t run or measure A/B tests effectively, resulting in limited confidence in product improvements.

Research & Vendor Assessment:

- Evaluated six product analytics tools, considering cost, scalability, ease of implementation, and functionality.
- Compiled a comprehensive proposal with a detailed ROI analysis, forecasting a significant revenue impact within 3-5 years.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
